Try any product for 30 days. If it doesn't relieve your pain, email us and we'll refund every cent. No return shipping. No questions asked.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You must have genuinely used the product as directed.
  • The item must not have been intentionally damaged or misused.

We do not require you to return the product in most cases. We simply ask that you give it a fair try.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, please email us at trybodyrelief@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of your experience

We will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) and process your refund immediately upon approval.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • We process it within 1–3 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a free replacement immediately at no cost to you — no return required. Simply email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:

  • Check around your property and with neighbours first.
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark items as delivered slightly early.
  • If still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or accidental damage by the buyer.
  • Requests made after the 30-day window has passed.
  • Items where the buyer has simply changed their mind after 30 days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item, please email us. We'll do our best to accommodate exchanges where stock allows. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a product defect.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and without needing third-party involvement. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged.
