Free shipping on orders over $50 to the US, UK, EU & Australia — over $60 to Canada, the Middle East & Asia, and over $90 to other regions. Smaller orders pay a low flat rate shown at checkout, no surprises. See our full Shipping Guide for your country's delivery time and fee.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with reliable, fully tracked carriers chosen for your destination. Every order is trackable end to end — you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email. Use that number to track your package at the carrier's website, or on global tracking tools like 17track.net.
Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update their system.
Customs & Import Duties
Most international orders arrive without any customs charges. However, some countries may levy import duties or taxes based on local regulations — these are rare and are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot predict or control customs fees, and they are not included in our prices.
If you are concerned about customs in your country, please check your local postal authority's guidelines before ordering.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
- Customs inspections in the destination country
- Severe weather or natural events
- Carrier delays outside our control
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us right away — we can often correct it before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages if they're fulfilled from different warehouses. Don't worry if one arrives before the other — all items in your order are on their way.
